  this place was terrible, I used it for 2 years with ok service.
  they called me day before appointment as usual to remind me; great
  then we were made to wait for 90 mins, to be told didnt have appointment. 15 mins later YES you do have app we just didnt mark you in.
  transpired newly qualified dentist was struggling with a patient for 90 mins with no support.. no manager or senior dentist on site as they were on holiday and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks. .
  when i questioned how they could offer NHS services without a principal on site and informed them I am a local GP. I got a call back from a manger in an hour, very apologetic but completely unable to explain how they fulfill their NHS requirements without being there.
  Terrible place: there are loads of other dentists.. please avoid this one
